Groot collects residential garbage, recycling, and yard waste all on the same day. Your specific collection day is determined by the location of your household.

Groot collection occurs Thursday - Friday in Algonquin.  During holiday weeks, collection days may be delayed by one day, with Friday collections occurring on Saturday.  To determine your collection day, please see the Groot Schedule below:
