What agencies provide fire protection services in Algonquin?

The Village of Algonquin does not provide fire protection services. These services are provided by three special districts: Algonquin-Lake in the Hills Fire Protection District, Carpentersville and Countryside Fire Protection District, and Huntley Fire Protection District.

The Algonquin-Lake in the Hills Fire Protection District serves the majority of Algonquin.  Carpentersville and Countryside serve certain areas of Algonquin south of County Line Road.  Huntley Fire Protection District serves the area west of Fairway View Drive in Algonquin.  See the map below depicting these boundaries.
