• Replacement: $10.00

• Work must be started and completed within six (6) months of the issue date.
• A thermal expansion tank is required if a back flow device has been installed.
• A drain pan is required when the water heater is on an upper floor or above the ceiling.

• For the emergency replacement, permit can be picked up after the replacement.
