• Construction Requirements
• Work must be started and completed within six (6) months of the issue date.
• Shed cannot be in the easement. It should be minimum 5 feet from lot lines and 10 feet from principle structure. Maximum size should to be 10 feet x 12 feet (120 square feet). Maximum height should be 10 feet to the ridge.
• Individual subdivision covenants may have special requirements and restrictions. It is up to homeowner to receive Home Owner’s Association approval.
