• New Install: $0.80 per head; minimum $90.00
• Irrigation Removal - None

• Work must be started and completed within six (6) months of the issue date.
• All installations must be performed by an Illinois licensed plumber.
• A RPZ backflow preventer with a strainer shall be installed according to the Illinois State Plumbing Code.
• Sprinkler heads can be placed in the Village’s right of way. The sprinkler heads need to remain twelve (12) inches from the curb. A waiver of liability form signed by the property owner needs to be filed with the permit application.
• Irrigation removal must be capped off 2 feet of the shutoff valve in the house.
• Individual subdivision covenants may have special requirements and restrictions. It is up to homeowner to receive Home Owner’s Association approval.
