Accepted Materials for Recycling
The Styrofoam recycling program accepts various types of clean and dry Styrofoam products. This includes #6 Styrofoam used in packaging materials, such as foam coolers and packing peanuts, as well as colored food-grade Styrofoam items like egg cartons, food trays, and coffee cups. All materials must be free of tape, labels, food residue, or other contaminants to ensure proper recycling.

Note: Beige or sponge peanuts made from cornstarch will dissolve in water. Do not mix with Styrofoam peanuts.
