The Village of Algonquin, IL

The Village of Algonquin will begin the Broadsmore Drive & Stonegate Road Phase 2 Improvements project in Summer 2025. The work is expected to be completed by the end of Summer 2025, weather permitting.

This project will include:

• Full-depth reclamation and asphalt resurfacing
• New off-street path to Broadsmore Park
• On-street bike lanes on Stonegate Road
• Drainage and landscape enhancements

Please exercise caution in the work zone. Emergency vehicle access will be maintained throughout the construction period.

Project Area:
The construction will take place in the following areas:

• Stonegate Road (from Broadsmore Drive to the Village’s southern limits)
• Broadsmore Drive (from Randall Road to Tracy Lane)
