The Village of Algonquin, IL

The Village of Algonquin will soon begin the Broadsmore Drive and Stonegate Road Phase 1 Improvements project, starting on August 12, 2024. The work is expected to be completed by November 2024, weather permitting.

This project will include:

• Asphalt removal and base stabilization
• New asphalt pavement installation
• Curb and gutter replacement
• ADA crosswalk updates
• Drainage improvements
• Landscape restoration

Please exercise caution in the work zone. Emergency vehicle access will be maintained throughout the construction period.

Project Area: The construction will take place within the Willoughby Farms South Subdivision, covering the following streets:

• Stonegate Road (Longmeadow Parkway to Broadsmore Drive)
• Tracy Lane
• Poets Lane
• Loop Road
• Sandy Creek Drive
• Shade Tree Court
• Joyce Court
