Village Offices Closed October 9 In observance of the holiday, the Ganek Municipal Center and Public Works Facility will be closed on Monday, October 9. Please note that Groot refuse, recycling, and yard waste collection will be not delayed by the holiday.

Free Leaf and Brush Collection Starts October 1 Groot will provide free collection of leaves and branches to all Algonquin residents from the first regular collection of October through December 16 on your regular collection day. Program details are available by clicking "more."

Prescription Drug Drop Off Event Information The Algonquin Police Department will be participating in a prescription drug drop off event on October 28 from 10:00am to 2:00pm at the Algonquin Police Department.
