On the east side of Algonquin. From the intersection of Main Street and Algonquin Road, take Algonquin Road east, turn left onto Highland Avenue, and the park will be on your left.

Presidential Park in Algonquin spans 18 acres and is a major park, offering a variety of recreational amenities. It features three baseball diamonds, two large fields that can accommodate multiple soccer or football games, and a playground. The park also includes a 7/10-mile walking path with five exercise stations along the way, perfect for stretching or plyometrics. Restroom facilities are available for your convenience, making this park ideal for a full athletic experience.

The Village of Algonquin received two Open Space Lands Acquisition and Development (OSLAD) grants in 1990 and 1993 from the Illinois Department of Natural Resources (IDNR) to help develop this park facility.

Please note that the park operates from dawn to dusk, and restroom facilities are generally open from May 1 to October 15, weather permitting.
